Products are made and packaged by hand. We aim for perfection when creating all products. Orders require 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most products are made to order. Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS only.

Packages Lost, Stolen or Damaged
Once Packages leave the facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with UPS or the post office. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.

To avoid the inconvenience of lost or stolen packages, we suggest having packages shipped to your work address, if possible.
